Converting an existing farm steading into a state of the art distillery and visitor centre. Works included the integration of new structural steel super structures into the existing buildings to raise the roof heights. A new glulam structure to form the barrel vaulted cloister that connects the visitor experience to the production halls. Several new build structures.

3b construction provided the following services:

  • Full in-house delivery of all aspects from earthworks, ground works, reinforced concrete raft slabs
  • Structural steel frames
  • Offsite manufacture of all timber components.
  • All roofing works, creating a glulam barrel vaulted zinc roof
  • Full mechanical and electrical
  • Utilities and infrastructure works
  • Full high specification fit-out package in the following areas: reception, shop, exhibition area, including displays, bar area, tasting room and café
  • All associated infrastructure works
