Design & build:
3b construction completed a number of buildings for Scottish
Water in 2012 as part of their redevelopment of facilities in
South West Scotland.
The contracts included all superstructure and internal works for
the new pumping station and welfare buildings at their facilities
in Loch Ryan.
Works here were ongoing whilst the water treatment works were operational. The Port Rodie building comprised a structural steel frame with timber kit and external block work and render. The ground floor sits over a 16mt x 8mt deep shaft which houses large pumping equipment.
