Highland Cinema Construction.

Build of the new Highland Cinema in Fort William is now complete. The cinema is built on the former site of the Town Hall which was destroyed by fire back in the 1970’s. The project is championed by Highlands business man and investor Angus MacDonald. Mr MacDonald said he hopes the cinema will offer people somewhere to go in “dark evenings and rainy days”. The Highland Cinema is now open showing films, serving food and refreshments. 3b’s teams have completed the project including the reinforced concrete basement walls and steel frames for both cinemas and the café to the front of the complex. Roof and wall cladding is now well underway to all buildings to get us weathertight. Our in-house capabilities have enabled us to reduce the lead time to getting elements of work onsite and maintain the fast programme we have set to deliver this project for our Client and the wider community of Fort William.
